CD/DVD ROMS not working receiving message windows xp cannot initiate device
driver error code 37. I'm new to computers and followed all the trouble
shooting hints, but stil no joy. will someone help please!!!
 
Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)
The driver returned failure from its DriverEntry routine.

Uninstall the driver, and then click Scan for hardware changes to reinstall or upgrade the driver.

Start/Run, type DEVMGMT.MSC
On the General Properties tab of the device, click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooting wizard.
