Device Driver error

[pemfox]

built a computer, loaded xp pro. Continues to crash
whenever I run games or try and install AIM. I get error
message 0x0000000A memory dump. States Device driver
error. I went to error log, had:
c\windows\minidump\mini030204-16.dmp.

New hardware, had an older video card, but replaced with
new along with driver - still same crashes.

any ideas?

Pat,
Please send the 5-10 most recent minidumps located at
c:\windows\minidump (as you mentioned below to (e-mail address removed). I
will analyze the minidumps and get back to you with what I find and any
suggestions on how to fix the crashes.
