Development Licensing

Hello,

I was wondering if I would be able to develop an Access dbase and sell it. Are there any extra licensing requirements for me to simply sell/distribute an mdb file?

Scott,

You are free to give away or sell any database that you create with MS
Access, but, of course, you may not sell, give away or otherwise distribute
MS Access - or any of its component parts - itself. If you own MS Office
Developer, you may freely distribute your database and an Access runtime
package which allows users without a copy of MS Access on their computers to
open and run (but not make design changes to) your database.
