Development Environment not recognizing Framework 1.1

I just upgraded to the .NET Framework version 1.1 but I
cannot get the Development Environment to use it. Please
tell me what to do.

What development environment are you using?

VS.NET 2003 uses the 1.1 framework. VS.NET 2002 uses 1.0. If you're using
another development environment, you may need to consult the creators. You
can't get VS.NET 2002 to use 1.1 as far as I know.
