I use many of my sources for different documents. I frequently have to
re-enter the resources. How can I put the data in once for one master
bibliography list that I can access when writing a new document?

Hi,

When you enter a citation for the first time on your computer, it gets
put both in your document and in library under your user account. If
you want to reuse citations you added previously, you can click the
"Manage Sources" button in the the "Citations & Bibliography" group.
The window on the left will contain all the sources you added so far.
You can copy the ones you want to reuse in your new document using the
appropriate buttons.

By using the "Browse..." button, you can load a different master list.
That can be useful if you use different master lists for the different
fields you are publishing in. The default master list on a computer is
a file called "Sources.xml" which is located in the "%AppData%
\Microsoft\Bibliography" folder.

Note that opening a document created on another computer does not
automatically transfer the citations from the document to the master
list. You have to copy them to the master list through the "Manage
Sources" pane.
