DEVELOPING QUERIES TO ADD UP MULTIPLE QUESTIONS WITH YES/NO ANSWER

Hello,

I need some help. I have put together table and a form. It is more like a survey of about 12 questions. Various types of question which require yes/no or make a choice or selecting multiple choices.

The problem I am having is designing a query and then a report to show:

For Example:

How many male?
How many active duty?
How many live on base less than 6 months?

Total of all the above ????

Please Help
