DevCon & USB Device ErrorCodes

Hi anybody,
i doing some litte with the Devcon tool (Thanks to Slobodan!). And found an
usb-device, that reports the following error:
Where can i find the errorcodes for devices?

CM_PROB_FAILED_INSTALL The device's drivers are not installed. Error Code 28

Examine setupapi.log for exact reason of failure.
