In windows nt, you could detect if a PC was dialed in by
looking for the RASMON.exe service running. Does anyone
know of any way to detect dialup in WIndows XP?

Hi

Run rasdial.exe in a command prompt. Running rasdial without any switches will
list active connections or report "No connections" if none is found.
