Desperate!

I posted yesterday but no-one answered my query! So now I really am
desperate. When I load FP2000 (after using it daily) it loads the welcome
box and then half the screen goes gray and the computer hangs and has to be
rebooted. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the FP program and have
tried system restore all to no avail. All other progs on the computer work
ok - any ideas? Please??

Do you mean it fails at the splash screen??

ok - any ideas? Please??

IF you did the restore using XP restore before the problem, then try
clearing cache. Then reboot and try.

Actually Stefan did reply to my previous post and suggested the FP cleaner
which seemed to do the trick. (It hung just before the password box usually
comes up, Steve) Thanks for all your help guys.
