Desperate help needed on domain config over a VPN

Hi,

I really am in a pickle and need help. In the beginning I
had 2 domains, connected via a VPN, but with no trusts
set up between them. I travelled down to the London
office to reconfigure the domain so that it trusted the
one in our head office. I used DCPROMO to get rid of the
original domain and then tried to create a new domain
(New tree in a new forest) which trusted the existing
domain in head office.

The position I am in now is this. I have our main domain
(company.co.uk) and a new domain with trusts in place
(company.int.uk) but something isn't right. Whenever I
try to map a drive or connect to a shared resource on the
co.uk domain, I get an error saying that there is no
logon server available. I can connect to int.uk shares,
however, when I am using a computer in the co.uk domain.
Can someone please help me?

You need to setup DNS for both zones The DNS needs to beable to resolve the
server in the remote location by name. If you can ping them by name than
you should be fine.
