Desktpp And Multiple Monitors

I have two monitors running as an expanded desktop but my
tool bar only shows on the primary monitor. Is there any
way to get it to go across both monitors.

SideNote question?: is there anyway to assign which
monitor an app will open on

What type of video card are you using?? Those that support the multiple
monitors usually allow you to set up what you are talking about(spanning the
tool bar across two monitors). I think you can also choose which monitor
will be the primary, allowing you to chose which monitor a program will use.
Check all related support resources for your card.
