Please can anyone help me as i have tried everything.
up to a few days ago i had a picture on my desktop also my icons..
now for some reason it has gone..
i did try going into start.control panel .display but when i went there and
clicked desktop everything is greyed out .
thank you for any help on this matter

Thank tou but i have tried a restore point but it just says.. cannot
restore at this point.i have tried several dates but it says the same.
