desktop wall papers problem

I have lost the capability to set my wall papers. I'm
missing a file that goes in the c/windows/web folder. All
I have in it is a printer folder and a wall paper folder.
I know I'm missing a folder.
 
Only got 2 folders in there too ie printers and Wallpaper
Check that your wallpaper folder is named exactly "Wallpaper" ie no spaces
between Wall and paper etc and that there are some pictures in it
