You need to tell us what brand of video card or adapter you have.
If you happen to have a NVIDIA card or adapter, right-click on
your desktop and select:
Properties > Settings > Advanced > GeForce (tab) > NVRotate
and change the setting to "Landscape (0 degree rotation)".

If it's a nVidia video card "Right click" on the desktop
and select "Properties." Next "Settings"
then "Advanced" In there you'll find a bunch of options
to choose from that you can adjust how your video card
works. Look for the "Rotate" settings and correct your
problem there.
