Go into the settings for your video card - Control
Panel>Display>Settings. Either that, or check in Control Panel to see
if you have an Nvidia applet. You can reset things there.
You need to tell us what brand of video card or adapter you have.
If you happen to have a NVIDIA card or adapter, right-click on
your desktop and select:
Properties > Settings > Advanced > GeForce (tab) > NVRotate
and change the setting to "Landscape (0 degree rotation)".
