sideways screen

I accidentally turned my screen sideways and cant figure out how to turn it
back. Please help.

Try Ctrl-Alt-Up Arrow, or Right click a blank area of the desktop, click
Properties, then look around in there on one of the tabs for a setting to
rotate the screen.

Try hitting the Ctrl + Alt key in conjunction with the arrow
keys on your keyboard. Start with Ctrl + Alt + Up arrow.

If that doesn't help, check the documentation for your computer
and/or display adapter.
