Desktop Themes

I am on a work computer and I am a grunt - not very
computer literate. My question is... How do I get desktop
themes to run on my computer. The computer has Win 2000
Pro. When I right click on the desktop and click on
properties; I just get 'Background and Screen Saver'
options. When I go to the Control Panel, there is not
folder for Desktop Themes, just for "Display". Please
advise on what I need to do. My e-mail is:
