Desktop Tab missing from Display window

I'm having a heck of a time changing my wallpaper since the tab for the
Desktop is missing from my XP Pro SP2!

Anyone know how to restore it?

Start | Run | Type: gpedit.msc | OK |
Navigate to:
User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows
Explorer
In the right pane, double click on Turn On Classic Shell
Set the radio button to Not Configured then click OK

Wes, the Kelly's Korner .reg file worked excellently, without even having to
log out.

BUT when I tried your idea, I didn't a "Windows Explorer" template, just one
for "Windows Media Player". Am I missing something critical?
