Hi All

One of my clients has a problem that we cant seem to fix.

On the desktop, the backcolor to all of the shortcuts names are not
transparent.

On the 'Display Properties' screen, if 'Desktop' tab is selected: the color
is what is shown on the labels.

How do we change this to transparent???(Windows XP Pro SP2)

Regards
Chad

Control Panel/System/Advanced tab, click on performance settings. Under
visual effects, check that "use drop shadows..." is enabled.
