I have asked this question twice in the Outlook newsgroup
but without reply in both cases. I wondered if I was
contacting the correct group.
I am running Outlook 2002 with SP3 on a laptop running XP
Home. When I close Outlook a white box appears on the
desktop where the 'folder list' had been in Outlook.
There is no text or Icons in the box but the rest of the
desktop is fine. Right clicking the desktop and
then 'refresh' clears the box and the desktop is then as
it should be.
No other program has produced a similar problem.
Is this an Outlook problem or an opperating system
problem, and how do I correct it?
Paul.
