Hi, when i go to a website and right click on a picture and choose "set as
background", where is the picture actually stored?

Have a look in the following folder:

Documents and Settings\<yourname>\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer

Will

It is stored in this location:

C:\Documents and Settings\Ramesh\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer
as "Internet Explorer Wallpaper.bmp"
