Hi,

I have Windows XP HOME and have recently found a photo
located on the Internet and saved it as a background to
my computer. I have used this for some time and now wish
to remove it and go to another desktop picture. When I
click on a NEW picture & then click APPLY, the picture
shows up for about 2 seconds and then it reverts back to
the original downloaded photo from the internet...

How do I get rid of this background picture and WHERE is
it stored in Windows and by what name. The name on the
desktop setting screen does not exist in Windows by that
name. I have set the view on all folders to SHOW HIDDEN
FILES and I still cannot find it..

Please help if you can.
By the way, my system has ALL of the latest Win XP
downloads installed...

Thanks,
Larry H
