Desktop Notepad Message

I've been adjusting various settings on my XP Pro system and now in the
Guest user, on the opening screen I get a Destop Notepad message saying;

[.ShellClassicInfo]
LocalisedResourceName=@%systemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787

Can anyone tell me what this means and how to get rid of it? Many thanks
