Desktop.ini "error msg"?

Every time (over the past week!) I get this Notepad msg at startup:

"[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787"

1.Can anyone give me an idea as to what this is?
2.How can I fix this?
