how do i remove the underline from the desktop icons

Go to START - Control Panel - Folder Options and change from single click to double click. This will remove the underline.

1.Double-click My Computer.
2.On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
3.On the General tab, make sure that Double-click to open an item (single
click to select) is selected.
4.Click Apply to save your settings change.
5.Click OK.

how do i remove the underline from the desktop icons

I have lost all my Icons on my computer!! I can't get them back and I don't
know how to do it. When I try to right click and push desktop create shortcut
they will not appear on my computer! How do I get them back? Need your help
