Desktop icons

Hi there,
I have this problem recurring sometimes - It goes away and then occurs
again...
The icon in the top right corner on my desktop, after restarting or shutting
down and starting again, moves to below the row of icons on the left side of
my screen. I return it to the top left, and after another restart, find it
moved again. Has anyone ever come across this?
I am on WinXP (ver 5.1 SP2)

You may have your icons on AUTO ARRANGE. Right-click anywhere on the
desktop and choose ARRANGE ICONS BY - if it is on AUTO ARRANGE
uncheck that.

Nope... that's definitely not the issue. It ONLY takes the top right hand
corner's icon. I have a few icons around my desktop, and it only affects that
specific area... I can put another icon in that area, and after restarting,
it has moved...
