Desktop Icons Don't Move

I can no longer drag desktop icons around like I use to.
The autoarrange works. It does not matter is Autoarrange
and/or Align to Grid are checked or not.

Any suggestions?

Right click your desktop. Now click Properties. Now the desktop tab and then
the "customize desktop" button down the lower left. Now click the web tab and
make sure the "lock desktop Items" is not checked.
