Hi, I have the same problem, with the desktop item disappearing from the
Quick Launch toolbar. The websites you gave do not help-the guided help
doesn't work with non US English versions of Windows XP and I downloaded the
'restore desktop item' on the other website but nothing happened.
Any other suggestions???

FYI - I think I saw that we're fixing this. I'm not sure when it will
be on the website. It will still be English-only, but not US-English
only.
