To create a Minimize All Programs shortcut for your desktop or taskbar:

Create a shortcut on your desktop with the following path then drag it to
your taskbar if you want it there.

"C:\Documents and Settings\[yourusernamehere]\Application
Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\Show Desktop.scf

Hi,

Open notepad and type the following and save it as desktop.scf at
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Quick Launch

[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=explorer.exe,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop

Remember to press ENTER after the last line.
