desktop freezes then reloads

I just installed sp2 and now when I right click an icon on the desktop, the
machine freezes for a minute, then reloads the desktop. I't didn't do this
before the upgrade. Any suggestions?

Do you happen to have either spysweeper or an older version of DivX on
the system?

Right click causes an error and crashes Explorer.exe after installing
Windows XP SP2
