Don't fall for it - it's a scam and it has nothing to do with Microsoft.
Your computer is infected with a virus or spyware, which you must
immediately remove.
You need to have both an antivirus and an anti-spyware program installed on
your computer, correctly configured, starting with Windows and running at
all times, and constantly updated. Had you done this, you would most likely
not be infected now.
Now you'll have to use one of the online scanners and hope that you can
safely remove the virus or spyware.
