Desktop Color in a session

Hi
I'm about to change the desktop color from the standard
blue to a grey color ( because of our company logo) -
Could anyone tell where I can do this so it changes all (
aprox. 50) users desktop color. Is it in the GPO or??????

Any help would be great.

Did you ever find out how to do this? We are currently
trying to do the same thing but with the color schemes. If
you find an answer please let me know
