Desktop Bug

At the risk of being hated I am going to repeat the question. I changed a
login user from administrator to limited user and now the desktop background
does not persist for the changed user. It just goes blue when I switch users
back and forth. This is a bug and not a user error. Can someone help me or
tell me what group could? Or do I have to flatten the box and start over? I
am using xp pro sp2

Just go into Safe Mode (press F8 before XP loads) and login using
Administrator not the other administrator account that you made a limiter
user. Once you are in as Administrator in Safe Mode, you can change the user
back.

I really want to keep the limited user limited. Is this the procedure for that?

Try creating a new limited user and see what happens.
