Desktop background will not show Pictures

Hello,

I have tried various things that haven't resolved the problem (e.g. gone
into "ease of Access" and followed previous posts, insured pictures are not
deleted, updated my drivers, etc).

I have had pictures up for about 6 months and just last week the desktop
background went black and I can now only change between solid colours. Any
help would be much appreciated.
 
I've been having an identical problem for almost four weeks. I found
your thread on Google - I noticed it was a pretty old post, but I was
just wondering if the problem had ever been resolved.

Old? THAT'S ANCIENT.

Start a totally new thread and describe your problem.
