DESK TOP ICONS

When i doubleclick my desk top icons,it takes a long time
for the window to open. When i click my documents folder
icon, it takes almost 90 seconds to open folder. Any
suggestions on how to fix this problem, I`m running
windows XP Thanks

Probably you have spyware or virus.
Update your antivirus and download Ad-Aware (www.lavasoftusa.com ).
