Desk top folder back to all programs

I mistakenly moved my drag and drop program to my desk top where it became a
folder....how can I move it back into the All Programs list?

Click and drag down to the Start button and pause over untill program list
opens, hover over All Programs and when the list opens drop it to where you
would like it to be.

Alternatively open your Start Menu folder (Right click Start buton and click
explore) and place it in there. If you want it to be available to All Users
just navigate to the All Users Start Menu folder.
