Designing Contact forms

I've designed and can run a contact form.

However, when I print it, the section which contains the
information input by staff, only prints a limited amount
of characters.

is there any way to fix this problem? Or is it a case of
only having one set of "notes" in a contact?

To a certain extent is depends on what you're printing -- an individual item
or a folder view. In any case, you'll get best printing results for custom
forms with custom code; see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customprint.htm
