Designer corrupted

I installed visual studio and WinCE, after installing it I started a Device
application in Smart Devices(WINCE 5.0).

After creation of project , form designer is corrupted and the form itself
not visible. If we are taking the form properties all the controls are
visible but we cant change the form size. In compact frame works some
controls are not available but here all properties are available.

And I tried with a console application in smart devices, in that case while
deploying to emulator it is showing memory is not available. I think problem
is compact frame work is not proper.

I reinstalled the Wince and visual studio twice by changing the drives.
Still this problem is there.

If we are creating a normal windows application everty thing is usual.

Im not getting whats the problem. Can u please help me .

I disagree. You *did not* install "the Wince". You need to tell us what
you did install, precisely. You haven't told us 1) what version of Visual
Studio, 2) what actual device SDK you've installed, whether it's something
like Windows Mobile 5 or some other Windows CE-based device, etc., 3) what
you mean by "After creation of project, form designer..." As soon as the
wizard created the project, display of the form failed? Or you did
something to the code and *then* it failed? We can't read your mind, nor
can we see what's happening on your machine; you have to tell us everything
we need to know to help...
