Design Template do not apply correct fontsize

Im using PP2003 and have created a POT file with a one slide master and one
title master containing text box placeholders with a specific font and
fontsize. e.g. the Title using font size 38

However when I try to apply this design template to the default design
template the fonsize is not 38 but 33. This goes for all the placeholders the
fontsize is reduced to a smaler font.

I have tried to remove the "Autofit title text.." and "Autofit body text.."
in the autocorrect options without any success.

Since I at last found a way out of this problem I thought I should post it
here. The problem with the POT file was that I had made a custom page size,
when I changed to A4 the problem disappeared. I still do not understand why
there should be a problem to make a custom page size but there is.
