Description pop up for a label or control on an access form

I have created specific original forms in an access 2003 database. My
question is..How can I make a descrition of the label or control pop up when
an individual places the pointer over the label or control.
 
Use the ControlTipText property of the control(s). It's on the Other tab
of the property sheet.
