Description on class items

When you are using intelli sense and looking at the member list of a class,
sometimes ith as a description there also. How do you add a description to
your members of classes like that?

vb.net version 2004 huh? ;) Wasn't it renamed to Visual Basic 2005 :) with
out the .NET
