Hi,
Im working at a computer games place. We have about 40 odd computers that
all came with Windows XP Professional OEM Software.
My question is; Is it legal and possible to take an image of one of the
computers and then redistribute that image to all the other computers?
Without having to reactivate it.
This would be very very good as we need to do that quite often. We will be
using Rembo Toolkit to make the images and the computer will basically be
update every time a luser logs on and off (incremental images, execpt the
first time when it will be a totaly new image).
We are a microsoft Partner, and have Microsoft Action Pack Subscription. But
I'm pretty sure that we are not allowed to use that on the computers that our
customers will use (and we only have 15 licenses).
Is there anything we can do or do we have to buy a volume license? Or can
you somehow return you'r OEMs and upgrade them to a volume license (stupid
question i know, but have to ask)
Regards
Mattias
