Please tell me if I understand correctly.
To deploy an Access 2003 application for a client that does not have Access,
I must purchase Visual Studio to get the runtime version of Access and the
developer add-in to package the final product.
Yikes - I only do small moonlight projects, and all of my clients so far
have had Access and owned the source code of my product. I really don't want
this overhead for this particular customer. Is there any way around this?
