Deploy RPC/HTTP

Hello all..
We are a Windows 2003 and Exchange 2003 SP1 shop, and would like to
deploy RPC over HTTP to our Outlook 2003 clients. I have RPC/HTTP all set up
and working, but need to know the easiest way to push out the Outlook
configuration settings. Can this be done with a policy? The only thing I can
see in the Outlook policies, is to enable/disable the UI, but not to apply
the settings. If this cannot be done with a policy, is there another way to
push out the settings?
Thank you for your time.
