I am following the instruction of

first I create a setup.ini file, but I found that two serial file in
the redistributable folder. one is netcf.all.wce4.*.cab, another is
netcf.core.ppc3.*.cab, as my solution is targeting to pocket pc2003.
should I just use the netcf.core.ppc3.*.cab only. Thanks

netcf.core.ppc3.*.cab is for PocketPC and PocketPC2002
netcf.all.wce4.*.cab is for PocketPC 2003 so that is the ones you'd wanna
use.
