Hello,

Has anyone deleted a NTFS (WinXP) partition with adding delpart.exe to
a boot disk? I have read this is the only or one of the only ways to
do it. Any advice would be appreciated. Would like to remove WinXP Pro
and reinstall Win98 on harddrive.

Thanks!

Well, you can also deltet partitions with the windows xp install cd
- go through the installation process again:
you will be asked to select a partition to install to:
There you can also delete partitions (and ad ones too)
after you've deleted the partitions, you can eject the cd and switch off the
PC
Use a FDISK and Format of the windows 98 CD to create new FAT32 partitions

you could also take a look at http://www.madboot.com/ the freeware
floppydisk
