Anyone know of a tool that can parse through a solution file and generate a
source level dependency report? I've inherited a project that has a large
number of duplicate files and I'm trying to determine which ones are used
and where.

Hi Kenneth,
Anyone know of a tool that can parse through a solution file and generate
a source level dependency report?

In my opinion, there's no such a tool you want.
I've inherited a project that has a large number of duplicate files and
I'm trying to determine which ones are used and where.

You can do like this: exclude all the possible duplicate files from the
project by right-clicking on the file in the Solution Explorer and choosing
"Exclude From Project" and then build the project. If the compiler
complains there're unknown types, add the files that define these types
into the project. You may also run the application to ensure it works well.

Hope this helps.
If you have any question, please feel free to let me know.

up response may take approximately 2 business days as the support
professional working with you may need further investigation to reach the
most efficient resolution. The offering is not appropriate for situations
