dependecy check says 0 errors when i build i get an errror 1109

hello and thanks for reading this,

so i have visibilty set to 100 in target designer.
the dependecy check has no problems.
when i build i get the following error
'1109:compenent 'advanced configuration and power interface (acpi) requires
an additional component.
i goto the task tab and it offers not details.
also, when i look at the 451 components in my build, i cannot even find this
component.
i am really confused???

any ideas?
