delting a folder

hello admin i am stuck with viruses in many folders and if i want to delete those folders then it shows me an error message and it is not getting deleted..so plz help me out how to delete those folders..another thing i forgot to mention,the size of those folders its showing is 0bytes but i guess the contents in the folders are still present or may b corrupted due to virus...so whats the solution
