OK- here's how I did it- go to Control Panel (you may have
to reboot your computer using f8 to get into "safe mode")-
go to uninstall programs- and uninstall CPR. Reportedly
this will do it for some users. I also had to use "find
files or folders" to locate "cpr.dll" and delete this
file manually. This solved my problem. Good luck.
